Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and servicesMonitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolioBuild rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers/ clientsBuild customer/client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as 'The Trusted Banker to call'Identify customers/clients' needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitabilityDeliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assignedEnsure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)Job Requirements

Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges
Preferably someone with at least 6-8 years of sales experience, with leadership experience
Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter
Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team work/spirit
