Job Descriptions: Responsible for overseeing the collection of imports via airfreight, sea freight, and courier shipments, including customs clearance, duty, and tax exemption, as well as delivery to Tamco. Preparation of export documents and submission to COO, Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Embassy as per LC requirements. Organizing invoices for submission to the Finance department for payment. Handling custom reporting and renewal for MIDA Duty Exemption/Sales Tax. Performing any tasks or duties assigned by the reporting supervisor. Follow and Comply to any procedures and measures as required by the Company's Safety & Health Policy and Requirements. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Logistics department. Proficiency in SAP. Experience in a fast-paced working environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to present data for review (Excel/PowerPoint).
