- Lead project teams in the successful delivery of retail fashion construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive the overall project strategy, objectives, and execution.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Implement effective project scheduling and time management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail construction, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
