The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over all channel of communication.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Insurance products and services.
Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
Close sales by effectively presenting the value of BJAK Insurance products.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

RequirementsQualifications:

Previous experience in telesales or related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
Knowledge of insurance products and terms is a plus.
