Minimum requirements: BS/BA or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree At least 1 year of customer service / support experience Passion for mobile Apps or Games industry Strong communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as required by location. Job Description: Be the point of contact for the partners which comprises a set of important and high potential developers for the platform. Provide in-depth quality feedback and consultation to 3rd party partners. Continuously engage partners in dialogue (via group email alias) regarding top priorities and opportunities using a combination of canned responses and custom dialogue. Consult with business stakeholders from various business functions to address partner's requests related to apps, games, Android products, platforms and policy related issues. Communicate with partners in a highly supportive and professional manner to create an exceptional experience for them. Identify operational and partner's pain points and improvement opportunities, and work with the team to create better support experience for the partners. Provide ongoing input in process and scalability improvements. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic skills with Productivity apps such as MS Office and/or Google G-suite Basic operational data analysis and insight generations skills Basic process analysis and mapping Basic project management skills Basic situational analysis skills Any B2B partner or customer support experience is a big plus Familiarity with mobile app industry, challenges and growth opportunities Familiarity with any CRM or case management solution as an internal user Experience with app / games development is an advantage Show more Show less
