Job Details:

Provide integrated facilities management and operations & maintenance for a multinational manufacturing plant.
Lead a team of Facilities Technicians to carry out operations & maintenance for electrical or air conditioning & mechanical systems.
To manage /support daily operation & maintenance, manage Technicians, manage daily work plan, and fulfill customer tasks/expectations.
Develop & prepare quarterly CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan).
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical engineering-related fields.
A4 Chargeman with leadership skills and facilities management experience will be considered.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
