Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,500 Job Summary: As an Electrical & Electronics Testing and Assembly Engineer, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the quality and precision of electrical projects. Your role involves hands-on testing, assembly, and soldering of electrical and electronics components. Meticulous attention to detail is paramount as you play a vital part in meeting project specifications, industry standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance activities for electrical and electronics components. Troubleshoot and rectify any issues identified during the testing phase. Assembly and Soldering: Execute intricate assembly and soldering tasks for electrical and electronics components according to project specifications. Ensure precision and adherence to industry standards in the assembly processes. Enhance and optimize the assembly station and equipment by offering valuable suggestions and implementing improvements. Documentation: Prepare meticulous documentation related to testing, assembly, and soldering processes. Maintain accurate records of test results, assembly procedures, and any modifications made during the process Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and provide input during the development phase. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Compliance and Standards: Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in testing, assembly, and documentation. Optimize procedures to enhance productivity without compromising quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Proven hands-on experience in testing, assembly, and soldering for electrical projects. Strong understanding of electrical and electronics principles and components. Able to provide suggestions and improve the assembly station and equipments. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on quality and precision. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
