Salesforce Developer

• Monitors platform health (e.g., exceptions) and manages technical debt
• Analysis and development of new requirements
• Platform-wide role, oversees all aspects of solution (Marketing, Sales, Service, platform, integrations)
• Executes the testing of the application and enhancements
• Implementation and operation of integration scenarios
• Isolate salesforce metadata which reflect changes and configurations belonging to user stories and commit them to the repository
• Ensuring the operation of the platform in a global organized DevOps team
• Handling GIT merges and merge conflicts specifically of salesforce related metadata (SFDX source format)

• Bachelor´s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field or similar qualification.
• 5 years of experience as Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Software Developer with Salesforce Knowledge
• Service cloud experience necessary (at least 3 years) - certifications are not necessary but welcome
• Understanding of declarative customization and programmatic customization in a salesforce context
• Knowledge of Apex, SQL, Java Script, Lightning Web Components, HTML5, CSS3, REST, SOAP
• Experience with CTI integrated service cloud orgs welcome
• Familiar with CI/CD Pipelines and the corresponding tools
• Ideally knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Collaboration tools: Jira / Confluence * Problem Solving Mentality
