Assistant Manager (PSE)

• Attend monthly supervision sessions with the Line Manager
• Attend clinical supervision meetings
• Attend and provide feedback to colleagues at cross-functional team meetings
• Remain up-to-date and compliant with all relevant legislation connected to your work including organizational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct and practice guidance in order to uphold standards of best practices
• Be confident to evidence reflective practice in all aspects of work and share learning
• Deal with general administrative task
• Work in accordance with SMT policies, procedures and code of conduct
• Assist in the recruitment of staff and volunteers as and when required
• Promote the SMT work
• Managing additional task/project that suitable to your skills, experiences when required. Flexibility is required
• Act with integrity and respect when interacting with service users, employees, agencies and individuals
• Competent and accountable in decision making
• High initiative in tackling major issues within the service and in relation to other agencies
• Act as a Champion for the implementation of current and new program
• Willing to travel and willing to work extra hours if required

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin will be and added advantage
• At least 5 years of working experience in SMT related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication and problem solving skill, customer-oriented
• Familiar with SMT processes
• Quick analysis of SMT equipment abnormal and promote the normal running of equipment
• Familiar handling SMT equipment and machine maintenance.
