Description Key Responsibilities: Implementing marketing strategies to achieve company's goals and objectives Develop and implement marketing activities/events covering all touch points to increase brand awareness and loyalty such as social media, events, campaigns, etc. Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential target audiences, market trends and competitors Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies Managing and maintaining the company's website and marketing automation tools Creating and managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI Developing and producing marketing materials including brochures, merchandises, etc. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B marketing Desired Qualification, Experience and Traits: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience Proven track record of lead generation Experience with marketing automation tools Strong understanding of buyer personas Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and report on marketing metrics Experience with and marketing automation tools Ability to work collaboratively with sales team
