Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager to supervise staff on the shop floor, and to ensure company operating procedures are followed, and the delivery of the highest quality of customer service. To assist the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store To carry out daily checks on all display counters, orderliness of displays. To carry out daily checks on sales staff&aposs attire and name tag. To attend to customer&aposs complaint. To carry out monthly stock check. To report to store manager all matters concerning sales staff attitude towards work and to render good customer service when serving customers. To obtain feedback on competitor&aposs brand name. To be responsible for after Sales service i.e.: repair service, stamping and initial of products and delivery service. To arrange for repair of wear and tear of store furniture, fixtures and maintenance of store and office equipment. To assist the store manager to compile sales report if the store manager is out of town. To write up the sales staff duty roster. To check and update staff&aposs Annual leave application, public holidays, hour claim and Medical leave. To carry out checks on staff purchases. To write up petty cash claim. To check on updating of customer&aposs purchases. Qualifications Sales experience in luxurious or travel related retail sales experience is preferred.
