The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park. The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to: Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call. Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness. Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure. Concierge desk administration duties. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall. Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc. Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanour. Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role. Able to converse in Mandarin/Japanese will be added advantage. You must be able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
