Role Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and lead our people-focused initiatives. This role will play a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, shaping our company culture, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, and make hiring recommendations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Talent Retention: Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement performance management systems and provide career development opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Conduct salary surveys and maintain equity in pay structures. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Partner with leadership to develop and implement incentive programs. Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs for all employee levels. Design and implement learning and development programs. Track the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed. Partner with managers to develop individual development plans for employees. Additional Responsibilities: Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Partner with other departments to achieve business goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience in HR management and creating HR policies Proficiency in employee benefits management and benefits administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team Relevant HR certifications or qualifications are a plus Show more Show less
