Promote and sell vehicles and related products or services to customers. Responsible to maintaining a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers before and after the sale is also essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other team members, such as finance and service departments, to provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory. Requirements: High school diploma or degree in business, marketing, or others in related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory. Previous experience in sales, particularly in the Automotive industry, IT /Mobile, Real Estate is highly preferred. Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and automotive financing processes is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and effectively conveying information about vehicles and services. Ability to negotiate terms and current promotion to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
