Location: This full-time hybrid role can be located in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, or the Philippines. Job Description Working within the Regional Practice Operations team to provide quality support to the Regional Head of Corporate and Disputes, as well as the various Regional Practice and Sector Group (RPG and RSG) Lead Partners on the administration of their respective portfolio. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Regional Practice Operations, Associate Director to ensure an active, efficient, effective, and integrated management of the RPG and RSGs within Rajah & Tann Asia (RTA). Assisted by the Regional Practice Operations, Assistant, the candidate will primarily be responsible and accountable for the development of strategic plans and the implementation of regional initiatives for the RPGs and RSGs, in key areas involving business development and marketing, training and talent development, financial reporting, and internal network coordination and communication. Reports to: Associate Director, Regional Practice Operations Supported by: Regional Practice Operations, Assistant Duties & Responsibilities: Working with the Lead Partners in developing and executing the RPG and RSG business plan. Developing meeting agendas, preparing materials, and issuing minutes for RPG and RSG meetings. Monitoring and implementing strategic plans by the RPGs and RSGs, and coordinating activities with RTA's domestic practices in regional offices. Facilitating cross-practice communications to promote internal collaboration, and to proactively identify organisational issues and propose solutions. Coordinate regular and consistent internal practice-focused communications including drafting of messages and ensuring delivery. Coordinate budgeting and planning for regional initiatives and other events. Liaising and working collaboratively with other business services teams across the RTA network to ensure that RPGs and RSGs are receiving adequate support across all areas including business development / marketing & communications, knowledge management, training, HR, finance, and information systems. Working with Lead Partners and Regional Practice Operations, Associate Director on special projects as assigned. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent command of the English language. Dynamism and great all-round communication skills. Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Able to provide quality proactive support on administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner. Determination and commitment to ensure successful completion of projects. Creativity and initiative; the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications and is able to demonstrate agility in adapting to new tech platforms Background: Degree, preferably in business / law / finance / communications or one of the humanities. At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced professional environment. Administrative experience in a professional services firm is an advantage.
