OVERVIEW The Head of Cyber Security is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding the organization&aposs digital assets, IT infrastructure, and sensitive data across both corporate IT and operational technology environment. This position develops, implements and oversees the comprehensive cyber security strategies, risk management frameworks, and compliance programs to protect against evolving threats. This role ensures the resilience and security of business operations, production systems, and supply chain networks while fostering a strong cyber security culture throughout the organization. Lead the Cyber Security Strategy and Operations - Develop, implement and oversee the organization's cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing operations Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks i.e. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), relevant international data protection laws and industry standards. Risk Management & Incident Response - Conduct regular cyber security risk assessments, manage incident detection and response, security technologies and implement preventive measures to safeguard business continuity Security Technology Oversight - Manage and optimize security solutions, including firewalls,EDR, data loss prevention, identity and access management. Awareness & Training - Promote a strong security culture by leading security awareness programs and training across the organization. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and external partners to maintain a secure environment. Audit & Assessment - Conduct regular cyber security audit and assessment, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, engaging qualified cyber security consultant and vendors to identify and close security gaps. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor&aposs Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or related field is an advantage. Minimum 10 years progressive working experience in IT, covering areas such as IT Operation, IT Project Management, IT Software Development, IT Consulting, IT Strategic Planning, Cyber Security, Governance and Audit. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Security, cyber security or related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience. Track record in managing cyber security for global supply chain and multi-site manufacturing facilities. Experience in leading incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
