
E-Commerce Executive

- Plan and execute e-commerce promotional activities (Lazada / Shopee / Zalora / Tiktok / relailer.com) aligned with the Integrated Commercial Planning process. Ensure accurate setup of promotions (e.g., bundles, discounts, vouchers) and manage inventory accordingly.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., design, brand) and external partners (e.g., agencies, platforms) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce plans and campaigns. Provide daily operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution.
- Support and monitor digital initiatives including KOL campaigns, content creation, social media posting (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and livestreams to drive traffic and engagement across platforms.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. Leverage data analytics to develop actionable strategies for demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Perform regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking, particularly within the luxury beauty category, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in continuous improvement in the online shopping journey, from product content to customer service, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Work with internal teams to develop best-practice eCommerce content aligned with global standards and localized for impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, number sense and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability
- Interest or background in the luxury beauty industry is a plus.
