- Initiating and aligning business strategies with Korean clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Korean clients
- Ensuring effective communication between DTS with Korean clients to ensure that the advice rendered is accurate and quality service is provide following the client's expectations
- Assisting in developing mechanism for internal transactions in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the Malaysian Government
- Assisting in conceptualizing and formulating policies and advising the clients on the implementation of an efficient supply chain structure with regards to Malaysian regulations
- Handling Korean client requests and expectations following the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Responsible for the smooth delivery of services to Korean clients through monitoring the progress of portfolios, providing assistance or guidance to Malaysian colleagues and communicating with clients on pertinent issues.
- Responsible for monitoring billing and collection issues.
- Assisting in Korean client projects.
- Identifying potential Korean clients and assisting in the promotion of DTS's services to them.
- Assisting in job developments to ensure the development of such services among Korean clients
- Perform other tasks as and when assigned

- Possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/ Economics/ Taxation/ Business Administration from recognized universities or any professional qualification in similar disciplines.
- Native speaker in Korean. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Japanese / Bahasa Malaysia in addition to English and Korean would be an added advantage.
- Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
- Able to prioritize and organize work.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
