Job Code : M489 WN-C(A40)Job Title : Finance ExecutiveSalary Range : RM 5000 RM6000Working Hours : 8am 5pm (Monday to Friday)Working Location : Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KLCompany Background : Online Marketing (Healthcare Product)Job DescriptionOversee and analyze daily financial activities, AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets and preparation of full set of accounts.Check and execute internal audit role over all AP and AR transactions monthly.Check and audit bank reconciliations monthly and resolve any abnormalities and reconciliation issues.Perform internal audit and monthly closing of bookkeeping.Monitor and report cash flow daily balance and weekly forecast.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budgetary targets, and provide variance analysis.Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related mattersLiaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc.Requirements:1. At least 3 years related experience.
