- Strategically lead and manage key customer accounts to drive the growth of health supplement portfolio across retail, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels.
- Execute and monitor annual business plans, promotional campaigns, planogram compliance, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Align with marketing teams to implement brand strategies and new product launches across key accounts, ensuring consistency with the company’s wellness-driven vision.
- Foster strong, long-term partnerships with key accounts through regular business reviews, category insights, and collaborative growth planning.
- Coordinate and oversee all sales-related inquiries, customer feedback, and order fulfilment activities to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products, meeting customers’ delivery schedules and expectations.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate account-specific trade marketing and promotional activities in line with commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of in-store promoters and brand ambassadors to ensure excellence in execution and brand advocacy at the point of sale.
- Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the health supplement, OTC healthcare, or FMCG industry, with a strong track record of delivering commercial success.
- A degree in Science, Nutrition, Food Science, Biotech, or related discipline is preferred and will be a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally to engage with customers, conduct field visits, and support health-related exhibitions and trade events.
- Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers across different levels.
- Excellent numerical analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with sales or CRM systems.
- Must possess own transport.
