- Candidates must posses at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate knowledge in SQL accounting software will be added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to learn and perform multitasks.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to handle full set accounts and preparing of accounting schedule on monthly basis.
- Perform daily account operation in accounts receivable and payable monthly expenses payment, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and cashflow monitoring.
- Fixed Assets Management
- Maintain proper records of all documents and ensure orderly filling and entries of all record.
- Assist with the Annual Audit for the company.
- Any other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
