- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chef Executive, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain the Chef Executive's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the Chef Executive's decision-making process.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize sales experience to support sales management and strategy initiatives, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Tamil to facilitate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Leverage customer experience skills to enhance client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the Chef Executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the Chef Executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the Chef Executive, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chef Executive, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient travel.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed by the Chef Executive.
- Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports for the Chef Executive.
- Act as a liaison between the Chef Executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
