Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.Job DescriptionMaintain in optimum conditions current equipment, lead the design, development, and implementation of in-house automation solutions that reduce reliance on external suppliers and contractors. This role will focus on maintaining current equipment ( PLC, SCADA, electrical parts,…) optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and internalizing key manufacturing operations. * Main Tasks

Design and implement automated systems for production processes
Reduce outsourcing by internalizing previously subcontracted troubleshooting, repairs
Program and maintain PLCs, robotics, and control systems
Collaborate with production teams to identify automation opportunities
Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and compliance standards

QualificationsBachelor Degree of Engineering,Additional Information

Able to work with minimum supervision
Good communication skill in English or Bahasa Malaysia
High personal safety standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience
