What would you do Vendor File Management Create vendor files prior to uploading production files. Ensure card and charm manufacturing number listings are uploaded into the WinSCP system for each order. Monitor the successful upload of files into the system (cards and RFID). Media Stock Requests. Receive and review media stock creation requests from business units. Verify the completeness and adequacy of submitted documents. Coordinate with stakeholders on media stock registration and ensure accurate tracking in the master list. Inventory Management. Manage stock transfers and adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy in MDBC and MSGP systems. Prepare monthly sales invoices in MDBC and MSGP. Facilitate order checkouts and issue delivery orders for cards, charms, and RFID. Maintain accurate inventory records in MSGP based on Delivery Order (DO) or Delivery Advice (DA) documentation. Assist with Plus track orders and ensure timely delivery within the agreed SLA. Warehouse Management Ensure vendors submit weekly and monthly stock updates (inbound/outbound). Conduct warehouse visits as needed for stock verification. Monitor stock levels in the WMS system to ensure alignment with inventory records in MDBC/MSGP and the ERP system.
