What we're looking f orReporting into the Solution Architecture team, the Integration Engineer will support our customers in integrating Kneat with a number of ERP and Quality Systems. Kneat ensures we enable customers to integrate their systems their way. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from yo u! Main Responsibilit iesProvide a superior customer experience in all interactions with stakeholde rs.Review and update customer facing documents with respect to integrations and identify best practi ce.Facilitate discussion with stakeholders, development, 3rd party teams to ensure integrations are fully tested in all customer environmen ts.Act as a subject matter expert for Integration and interact with various application owners, application support, Business analysts and Application Development tea ms.Coordinate with Engineering to setup monthly governance meetings with the business sponsors to develop a plan for continuous service improveme nt.Prioritize production incidents, requests, and problems appropriately, to maximize the output of the Technical Support team and minimize service disrupti on.Participate in project delivery and maintenance activities, project transition and UAT to enhance individual knowledge and build on the knowledge required to support the applicati on.Manage major incidents in the application support area, work for a speedy resolution and follow up with resulting problem actio ns.Document and maintain procedur es. We are looking for experience in the follo wing:Bachelor's or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related f ield.5 + years of experience in Software Development and support role within the pharmaceutical se ctor.Experience using MuleSoft and AWS suite of prod ucts.Strong technical knowledge and work experience in implementing and support of integrations with Web services / SOAP / RESTful / file-based integration patterns and use of different Mule connectors (File, Http/Https, EDI, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SAP Connector etc.)Experience of Supporting API Services, Pub-Sub models/Asynchronous messaging architecture and Real Time Integrat ions.Experience in Java, DataWeave, JSON and RAML is required in a cloud or hybrid architecture plat form.Business process knowledge and work experience with ERP / Cloud systems within SAP, HCM, Finance and CRM dom ains.Strong familiarity with systems automation principles with intermediate hands-on experience with scripting technologies (Python, VBA, Perl, PowerShell, VBS, etc.)ITIL v3 Foundation certification prefe rred.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to de tail.Ability to summarize and report on complex data in a concise manner and ability to identify trends and ensure consist ency.Strong technical skills required to create and maintain analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, e tc.).Strong sense of ownership of the Kneat pro duct.
