Account Executive (Kajang/Kota Kinabalu)

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others) and MS Excel
• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines (e.g., SST, income tax, audit)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support other finance-related tasks as required
