- Lead the conceptualization and design of high-quality visual assets for a wide range of branding and marketing materials, including key visuals for events, print collaterals, digital collaterals and multimedia assets.
- Translate briefs from different departments into engaging visual solutions that fall within the brand's guidelines while effectively communicating the messages.
- Maintain and execute design standards and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all collaterals created within Asia Pacific.
- Work closely with the corporate branding & marketing team, and corporate design team to provide creative input and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
- Provide creative direction to external agencies, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain an organized system for design files, assets, and project documentation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with After Effects and video editing
- Proven ability to design for both print and digital platforms (must provide portfolio)
- Ability to create original digital illustrations
- Demonstrated awareness of cultural sensitivities and knowledge of Asia Pacific regions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and potentially external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Proactive approach to complex design challenges while maintaining brand consistency across all collaterals
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion in a lead role, ideally within fast-paced agency environment or in-house creative team focused on branding, marketing, events or communications. Experience with global brands is a plus.
