The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization&aposs human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Handle full HR spectrum, payroll including recruitment and selection, leave management, claim. compensation and benefits. Responsible for yearly activities planning/training, team building review. Prepare in the KPI setting, KPI tracking and yearly performance appraisal evaluation to all staff under plantation. Liaise with relevant government agencies /authorities departments such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, LHDN, labor dept etc. Attend to external and internal matters related to foreign workers e.g permit renewal, Check out Memo, Fomema check up, Special pass, etc. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality, discipline matter. Maintaining HR record, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance, travelling arrangement etc. Update HR policies or redefine handbook and procedures and ensure they are aligning with Company&aposs strategies and local laws and regulations for plantation industry. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Show more Show less
