Finance Executive - Consolidation (Property Development Group) Location: Petaling Jaya / Kuala Lumpur | Employment: Full-time permanent About The Role Join a leading property development group as Finance Executive - Consolidation, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You will oversee consolidation of group financial statements, ensure timely Bursa Malaysia reporting, and support senior management with clear, insightful group financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group accounts in compliance with MFRS/IFRS, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and reconciliations. Prepare consolidated statements, Board papers, related-party transaction disclosures, and Bursa quarterly/annual filings. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across subsidiaries for group management reporting. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators; handle audit coordination and governance reporting. Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, MICPA, or CIMA accreditation preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in group consolidation or finance-ideally within a public-listed property developer.
