- Able to work night shift rotational shifts, have midnight shifts
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Salary: 2000+ KPI up to 500 + night allowance up to 400
