Job Description Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities of the company example internal training and external training. Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close the employees' competency gaps effectively. Update and keep track of the induction contents align with all level departments. Take initiative to conduct training for various departments when needed. Ensure the training assessment record well maintain and managed. Experienced in using HRDCorp system for registration grant, claims and other process. Ensure training programs comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including HRDCorp regulations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and reports. Coordinate with external training providers, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality training delivery. Plan and manage the annual training calendar in line with organizational objectives and workforce development needs. Assist in managing the training budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Track employee certifications and ensure necessary re-certifications or refresher training sessions are conducted. Maintain a comprehensive employee training database for tracking individual development progress Qualifications Preferably at least 2 years of experience in in-house training programs and external training needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Words, Outlook). Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees. Active listening, negotiation and presentation skill. Verbal and written communication in Malay, English and preferably Mandarin. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors. Show more Show less
