If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing Bank-wide sustainability plans, conducting site assessments, and producing reports on findings. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting savings for completed sustainability projects for Bank-wide premises, initiating renewable energy assessments, and advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies. The role involves participating in, organizing, and chairing meetings, as well as communicating plans to project teams and senior management. The candidate will also support Facilities Management teams on implementing day-to-day energy and sustainability improvements. The successful candidates will be based in Damansara City office.Functional:

Developing, implementing and monitoring bank wide environmental strategies.
Manage the day-to-day client relationship of energy & sustainability platform owners
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for specific sustainability issues/questions
Assist with the identification and prioritization of energy capital projects, operational changes and physical facilities upgrades that result in reduced energy consumption across bank wide premises
Evaluate financial viability of energy and sustainability projects for budgeting approval
Identify federal, state and city incentives to drive fiscally-positive energy and sustainability initiatives
Collaborate with other subject matter experts in energy and sustainability management to learn best practices and publish best practices developed for benefit of the bank organization
Advise, coach and support facility management team in identifying, scoping and implementing energy savings and sustainability improvements
Reporting savings for completed sustainability projects for bank wide premises
Support the bank ESG compliance data collection & reporting
Supporting Facilities Management teams on day-to-day implementing energy & sustainability improvements
Other task assigned by the Line Manager

Managerial:

Job Requirements:

Certification in sustainability
Degree in Engineering/Facilities/Property Management/Environmental and other related field preferred;
Demonstrated strong organizational management and networking skills, including management of multiple tasks and conflict resolution
Demonstrated skills setting priorities to ensure project goals and objectives are obtained within timelines and budgets
Strong presentation skills and speaking ability; comfortable with interacting with senior leadership
Excellent internal and external communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
Strong analytical, technical, and planning skills
Excellent organizational skills and able to meet strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and negotiation skills
Creativity and implacable curiosity
