General Manager

• Planning and execution of manufacturing operations including coordination to meet production demand
• Ensuring smooth operations and cost effectiveness for quality end inventory
• Dricing projects (together with Project/ Engineering teams in China and Malaysia)
• Proactively recommending for improvement in the overall productivity, quality and efficiency of factory operations across multiple functions while driving a strong compliance culture without compromising on top and bottom line accountabilities
• Talent management across the local entity in ensuring business continuity and growth

• At least degree in science or engineering discipline
• Demonstrate strong leadership experience in driving successful transformation and key improvements in high mix low volume manufacturing environment
• Experience in driving quality/ process improvements to improve OEE and yield, maintain strong relationship through communication and collaboration with internal and external teams
• Strong track record in CNC machining and/ or semiconductor environment
• Demonstrate success in leading and supporting projects from concept to implementation including equipment selection, installation and validation, process development and NPI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills through past experience in highly complex and/ or transformation organization
