Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Job responsibilities: Accountable in leading and developing the Malaysia QA Operation team. To provide technical support and drive the right decision making on food safety and quality related issues and enquires, align with TAG food safety and quality expectation. To ensure quality/capital/NPD projects are implemented, meeting TAG food safety requirement. To provide leadership and work cross functionally to ensuring that the systems, processes, and procedures which ensure product quality and food safety are implemented and consistently met at the Malaysia facility. Drives operations towards continuous improvement and compliance against TAG food safety and quality policies/ standards while fostering a strong food safety and quality mindset among the team. Requirements: Bachelor of Science, Engineering or Food Science Experience: A minimum of 10 years quality assurance experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years' experience at managerial level. Good knowledge and experience of internationally recognised audits standards (FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO9001) Basic understanding of local and export countries, i.e., Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Hong Kong, regulatory requirements. The incumbent must have strong people, project, analytical, problem solving and influencing skills and the ability to manage multiple programs and projects and able to work well in stressful situations.
