- Handling division strategic key account customer
- Assess customer strategies, performance and competitors' activities to identify opportunities
- Integrates company / channel strategy on category and retailers marketing plan
- Communicate company category strategy & direction to customer
- Generate and evaluate customer / brand activation options
- Determine the appropriate product range / assortment, promotion plan, shopper activities for the customer / channel
- Prepare the customer business plan in the required format
- Monitor customer performance (internally & externally)
- Develop customer joint business plan
- Evaluate the ROI effectiveness for the promotion and trade investment
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate in Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field in FMCG industry
- Dedicated, matured, resourceful and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with all levels of staff
- Systematic, focus and well-organized person
- Must possess own vehicle and willing to travel
- Analytical and presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Strong follow up skills to ensure plans are executed
- Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English is a must and able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
