In your new role you will:
- Ensure water and wastewater operation & maintenance are meeting segment / business needs and local statutory requirement
- Cost planning, monitoring and control for water and wastewater system pertaining to operation and maintenance activities.
- Define operation and maintenance strategy to support the business operation and business growth
- Coordinating with various parties for the proper planning and execution of operation and maintenance tasks
- Manage the contract and service providers engaged for operation and maintenance tasks for water and wastewater system including the timely vendor performance review and assessment
- Continuously improving on the operation, maintenance and sustaining for water and wastewater system.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field
- 3-5 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering
- Familiar with water( RO/DI) and wastewater operation & maintenance concept & requirement for semiconductor manufacturing plant
- Familiar with water and wastewater design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements
- Understand the working principle of other infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building automation
- Knowledge in infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.)
- Understand and able to demonstrate & perform risk assessment of process, equipment and new design by FMECA/FMEA
- 8D methodology mindset which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7 QC tools and also Decision Making
- Certified Environmental Professional In The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment System - CePIETSO (PCP)/ BP) or Certified Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation - CePSTPO , is an added advantage
