- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Assist in department's administrative/ad-hoc project coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement and growth using creative and innovative research
- Coordinate, create and update project communication materials (e.g. updating/compiling materials for events/programs)
- Assist in preparing and consolidating information into standard reports/documentations
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
