- Develop and implement go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
- Perfect execution for new launches and marketing activations through building strong relationship with brand partners, retailers and agencies.
- Collaborate internally with sales and demand planning team to ensure availability of products both online and offline platform.
- Analyse potential opportunities for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
- Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Consolidate and update marketing team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitor. Report all ROI of all programs for management reporting and feedback.
- Responsible for forecasting of products and sampling for new launches and trade and retailer activities.
- Management and tracking flow of product registration in Malaysia to ensure timely registration.
- Implement door-by-door marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)
- Define and develop CRM program for the brand to drive engaging brand communications.
- Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc corporate assignments, where required.
- Budget management: Responsible for full P&L
- Have a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance or relevant specialisation.
- At least 4 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry.
- Digital agility along with good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
