Engineer, Civil (Putrajaya)

• Oversee contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts, cost control, and industry standards.
• Supervise infrastructure and building maintenance works, conducting quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Enforce safety codes, ensure proper use of PPE, and maintain compliance with local regulations during maintenance and testing activities.
• Manage day-to-day building and site operations, including civil works, maintenance activities, energy usage, and Green Building Index requirements.
• Detect faults in engineering systems and ensure timely corrective or breakdown maintenance, preparing technical reports when necessary.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reviewing activities with technical staff and submitting monthly reports.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support, attending to breakdowns and ensuring availability of emergency maintenance personnel.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational and technical reports for management and clients.
• Support audits and compliance requirements (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 45001), ensuring data readiness and adherence to standards.
• Manage procurement and finance matters related to maintenance, including purchase requisitions, petty cash, and monthly utility verifications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years in Facilities Management as a Civil Executive/Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of civil systems, building maintenance, and facilities operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Oracle systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Green Building Index (GBI) standards or Energy Management practices.
