- Degree or Diploma in Production, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in a production planning and control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and organisational goals
- Analyse production data and forecasts to identify potential bottlenecks and optimise resource utilisation
- Coordinate the flow of materials, resources and information to ensure a seamless production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production activities with sales, procurement and quality assurance
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery
- Implement and maintain production control systems and procedures to enhance productivity and quality
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on production performance and key metrics
- Other tasks as assigned by Superior
