Facilities Technician

- Carry out minor repairs and rectification works for amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling, and floor finishing of site offices.
- Carry routine inspection on the site offices' M&E systems such as electrical AC systems, fire protection, plumbing/sanitary etc.
- Attend to internal stakeholders' feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories.
- Perform troubleshooting and attending to equipment breakdown calls
- Supervise and monitor contractors in the routine servicing, and emergency repair works.
- Support in administration, paperwork, and back-end management
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety needs to be constantly observed.
- Assist in parcel collection and distribution.
- Support Internal events setup/troubleshooting
- Any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of using Google Suite (preferred) or Microsoft Office
- Able to prepare to standby for any emergency during or outside of working hours if required.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess the ability to handle difficult situations and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with contractors and service provider
- Possessed own transportation
