The BI Developer will play a key role in the Transport & Distribution industry by designing and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires technical expertise in Qlik Sense and SQL with a focus on delivering impactful insights through advanced analytics and reporting.

Design, build, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Qlik Sense, integrated with the organization's Data Lake and Databricks platform
Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver impactful, value-driven solutions
Apply technical expertise in SQL and data modeling to develop optimized data structures that enhance Qlik Sense applications
Create and manage data models, ensuring consistency, reliability, and integrity across solutions
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective BI solutions
Produce technical documentation and user guides for Qlik Sense applications and data models
Support and maintain administrative tasks within the Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC)
Undertake additional tasks as required, including developing Excel macros and contributing to regional projects

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in QlikView/Qlik Sense development
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Solid expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries and developing data models
Hands-on experience with Databricks and data lake architectures
Familiarity with Python programming is an added advantage
