Job Responsibility Staff Supervision Plan monthly duty roster, work schedule and monitoring attendance Train subordinates on SOPs and how to use electronic systems Evaluate, motivate and discipline subordinates to meet sales targets Conduct frequent discussions with subordinates and superiors Sales and Promotion Plan and execute in-store promotions, offers and discounts Report sales and purchase performance to the management monthly Competitor analysis.
