Job Responsibility Diagnose and resolve customer s iOS/MAC hardware and software issue. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistant to customers. Strictly abides Service Excellence Values and Policies set by the company. Coordinate with Apple Authorities for service issues and claim processes. Build good rapport for the company by handling customer s enquiry and requests carefully and competently. Maintain good condition of tools and equipment used for service purposes and keep working environment neat and clean. Make sure all documentation, reports and data input to RM & Others system are completed on daily basis. Assist other team members promptly when required. Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualification with experience in sales & service. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia Great communication and interpersonal skill. Team Player, also able to work independently with minimum supervision. Proficient in computer hardware/software trouble shooting, experience with IOS/MAC will be an added advantage. Good working attitude and working ethics. Must be able to work in rotation shifts, even in public holidays. Tech Savvy, sufficient knowledge on Apple Products.
