The work we do here matters.Department Overview An engineering team that specializes in the development of world class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission critical market.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead/Manage all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.
Able to manage engineering and also project of the software for the products.
Collaborate with different stakeholders from SW development, System Test, PDM, SCM, Quality and Hardware.
Responsible in timeline alignment and resources management.
Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
Responsible to meet project's deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
Manage team's performance and quality metrics.
Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.

Basic Requirements

BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managerial position.
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, and ability to lead the team to drive issues to closure are essential.
Highly motivated to learn and adapt to fast-changing technologies and environments.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are required.
Agile SW development and Software PLC.
