Assist in managing relationships with healthcare providers and identifying areas for collaboration. Support negotiations and discussions with providers to drive strategic partnerships. Coordinate provider-related initiatives, events, and engagement activities. Monitor provider performance and contribute to strategy development based on insights. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance to associates and support the department in executing key initiatives. Maintain business continuity by providing administrative support as necessary. Compliance adherence in accordance with standards set by Regulating Bodies and internal/external auditors.
