About the Job Support and execute provider engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships and improve collaboration with healthcare providers. The role focuses on coordinating initiatives, maintaining relationships, and ensuring the smooth implementation. Assist in managing relationships with healthcare providers and identifying areas for collaboration. Support negotiations and discussions with providers to drive strategic partnerships. Coordinate provider-related initiatives, events, and engagement activities. Monitor provider performance and contribute to strategy development based on insights. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance to associates and support the department in executing key initiatives. Maintain business continuity by providing administrative support as necessary. Compliance adherence in accordance with standards set by Regulating Bodies and internal/external auditors. To attend to any other tasks assigned from time to time. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices We are looking for people who A University Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or health administration related discipline Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare and insurance Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze provider trends and contribute to engagement strategies Excellent communication, teamwork and cooperation Self-motivated and able to work under pressure High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
