Assists prospective students with the application process and requirements. Manages the admissions process from application to enrolment. Reviews and evaluates applicant credentials and documents. Coordinates with academics, APEL and Registry departments to assess applicant qualifications. Coordinates with the Student Engagement for re-enrolment and student retention. Handles financial transactions related to student enrollment, such as fee payments and scholarships. Provide financial counseling and assistance to prospective students and their families. Collaborates with related staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and collection processes. Coordinates with related staff to ensure the revenue collection targets are met. You will also be required to assist in other marketing and communications functions as and when required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in any related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in higher education or related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audience. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
