We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Payment Specialist to join our Digital Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our payment systems and operations. Perform daily SWIFT payments related works including but not limited to monitor of the incoming and outgoing transactions and messages, answer inquiries, perform amendment/cancellation/recalls.
Perform daily nostro reconciliations and highlight any exceptions if any.
Assist in SWIFT related projects and tests.
Review Payment SOPs and provide SWIFT trainings.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with 8+ years of experience in payments
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) - mandatory
Have deep understanding on SWIFT payment channels including regulatory requirements, best practices and industrial initiatives; experienced in exceptional handling of the payment cases.
Have prior experience in projects, self-motivated and proactive with good interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders.
Attention to details and good analytical skills to solve issues.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with local and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
