- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute insights for strategic HR planning.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for employee relations issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact HR practices.
- Performance Management
- Support performance management processes, guiding goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Work closely with the manager to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on recruitment, industry relations, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record in successfully managing recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and tact.
- Experience in contributing to HR strategy and initiatives.
- Qualified candidates may be considered as Assistant Manager.
- Proficiency in English language.
