About The Company A long established, key player within the property development industry is currently seeking an HR Manager with an emphasis in Learning & Performance to join their team. Located in Johor Bharu Offers up to RM17,000 About The Team You will report to the Head of Learning and Performance and work alongside a team of 4-persons specialised in L&D and performance management. About The Role You will: Develop and implement learning & development strategies to enhance employee capabilities Design and deliver tailored training programmes based on individual and organisation requirements Implement and maintain performance management initiatives Identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organisation for succession planning purposes Skills And Experience You will come with at least 8 - 12 years of experience as a HR professional, with a specialization in Learning & Development or Performance Management.
